Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Private-Jet-Partner ApS, company registration no. (CVR) 45112942 ("Private Jet Partner", "we", "us") and the client ("the client", "you") regarding the brokering of private jet flights (charter flights).

1. About Private Jet Partner as a broker

  • Private Jet Partner is a broker and does not operate aircraft itself. We arrange contact between the client and an operator holding the required Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to carry out the flight in question.
  • The flight itself is carried out by the selected operator under that operator's own Conditions of Carriage and applicable aviation law. The agreement for the actual air transport is therefore made with the operator, not with Private Jet Partner, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Private Jet Partner's role is to source quotes, arrange the booking, and provide advice in connection with this.

2. Quotes and booking

  • Quotes issued by Private Jet Partner are based on information provided by the relevant operator and are, as a general rule, valid at the time they are sent, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
  • A booking is considered binding once the client has accepted the quote in writing (including by email) and/or the agreed deposit or full amount has been received, see section 3.
  • Prices are based on information available at the time of quoting (including fuel prices, airport fees, and exchange rates) and may be subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Payment

  • Upon binding booking, a deposit of 10% of the total price is payable.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before departure, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For bookings made with less than 7 days' notice before departure, the full amount is due immediately.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or as otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and changes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • As the flight is carried out by a third-party operator, Private Jet Partner follows that operator's cancellation terms, which may vary from flight to flight and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • As a general guideline, the following tiered cancellation fee structure applies, unless the operator's own terms are stricter:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the price
  • 14–30 days before departure: 20%
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50%
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100%
  • Changes to date, route, or passenger numbers are treated as a new booking request and may result in price changes.

5. Force majeure and delays

  • Private Jet Partner and the operator are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, air traffic control, technical issues with the aircraft, regulatory requirements, or crew flight time limitations (FTL).
  • In such cases, Private Jet Partner will use reasonable efforts to help find alternative solutions, but accepts no liability for any resulting costs (such as hotel, transport, or loss of earnings), unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

6. Limitation of liability

  • As Private Jet Partner acts as a broker and not as an airline, the air transport itself is subject to the liability of the operating carrier under applicable conventions, including the Montreal Convention of 1999, as well as the operator's insurance coverage.
  • Private Jet Partner's liability to the client is limited to the brokerage fee received by Private Jet Partner for the specific booking, unless the loss is caused by Private Jet Partner's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Private Jet Partner is under no circumstances liable for indirect losses, including loss of business or loss of profit.

7. Client's obligations

  • The client is responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport/ID, visas, etc.) and for complying with customs, security, and entry requirements for the destinations involved.
  • The client must provide accurate passenger numbers, weight, and baggage information ahead of departure, as this affects the aircraft's payload capacity and safety.
  • Carrying dangerous goods, weapons, or other prohibited items is at the client's own risk and must be agreed in advance.
  • The client must arrive in good time before the scheduled departure, in accordance with the operator's instructions.

8. Data protection

Private Jet Partner processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). For further information on what data is processed and how, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions, as well as any agreement entered into with Private Jet Partner, are governed by Danish law.
  • Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Complaints

  • Enquiries and complaints can be directed to Private Jet Partner at Request@private-jet-partner.com.
  • Complaints regarding the actual performance of the flight (e.g. delays, cancellations) should in the first instance be directed to the operating carrier, but Private Jet Partner is happy to help facilitate contact and find a resolution.
