PARIS
The city of lights does not really need a big introduction. The capital of France has 2,2 million inhabitants and is located by the river Seine in Northern France. If we include all suburbs, Paris has a population of 12 million people and is one of the biggest cities in Europe.
The city has a variety of tourist attractions. Perhaps the most well-known are the Eiffel tower, Champs Elysées, Disneyland, the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Arc of Triumph. It is no surprise that Paris is one of the most visited destinations in the world with approximately 30 million guests visiting each year.
Paris is an obvious choice for a romantic getaway, as you can enjoy the intimate bistros and the beautiful streets of Montmartre, admire Monet’s water lilies at the Orangerie museum or maybe gaze at the evening sun from one of the many river boats of the Seine.
If you are more into sports, you have the chance to see the football club Paris SG with stars like Neymar and Mbappe close up, or you can stand first row when the winners of the Tour De France are celebrated on Champs Elysées.
